  • Arrival/Departure: the room will be ready from 2 p.m. on your day of arrival. On your day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 10 a.m. Please let us know if you expect to arrive after 6 p.m.
  • Please book any beauty treatments at the same time as your room, so that we can arrange these within the required dates.
  • In the case of just bed and breakfast, we will deduct € 10 from the half board price.
  • Your dog is welcome. However, please understand that your pet is not allowed to enter the dining room, the kitchen and the wellness and beauty area! The price for the stay of your four-legged friend is € 7 per day, excluding food. Bring your own blanket or basket.
  • We accept cash and Eurocard, Visa and Mastercard or ATM credit cards.
  • You can book a double room for single use. Please ask for a quote.
  • Discount for 3rd person in a room: on request
  • Reservations are considered binding only if you receive a confirmation from us via email, fax or post. We ask you a written reconfirmation and a payment of 30% deposit. 
  • Subject to changes to our weekly offers (e.g. due to lack of snow, weather conditions, etc.).
 

TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE

 

What if something were to happen in the meantime? In case you are no longer able to go on holiday, or are forced to terminate it in advance, we simply advise you to take out travel insurance against cancellation: we will be happy to give you information.

The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:

  • free for up to 3 months before arrival
  • 40% between 3 months and 1 month before arrival
  • 70% between 1 month and 1 week before arrival
  • 100% 7 days before arrival, no show, late arrival or early departure
